1. 포탈, 사이버캠퍼스 등 교내 정보시스템 로그인 방식이 변경됩니다.

    ID/PW 로그인 인증방식에서 발생가능한 계정탈취 사고를 방지하고자 통합로그인 2차 인증 체계를 도입하게 되어 안내드립니다.

※ 중요: 재학생 및 재직 교직원은 로그인 방식 변경 이후부터 ID/PW만으로는 로그인할 수 없으며, 반드시 모바일 인증 앱 설치 후 2차 인증을 통해 로그인해야 합니다. 

  가. 변경내용

• 인증 수단 확대: 모바일 인증 및 패스키 인증 추가
• 보안 강화 : ID/PW 로그인시 추가 인증 필요 (외부이메일 추가 인증)

  나. 인증수단

      ※ 기존의 ID/PW 방식보다 더 안전하고 간편한 '모바일 인증' 및 '패스키' 이용을 적극 권장드립니다.

• 모바일 인증: 간편비밀번호(PIN)/생체 인증(지문)/QR 로그인 (※ 별도 인증 모바일앱 설치 필요)
• 패스키 인증: 사용자 디바이스(사무실 PC, 노트북 등)의 자체 인증 기능 이용
• 아이디(ID/PW): ID/PW 입력 후 추가 인증 (※ 외부이메일 사전 등록 필요)

  다. 대 상: 전 구성원

• 재학생 및 재직 교직원 : 2차 인증 필수

  라. 적용시스템: 포탈, 사이버캠퍼스 등 통합인증(SSO)을 이용하는 모든 정보서비스 

  마. 오픈 일정 : 2026년 1월 27일(화)

  ※ 시스템 전환 작업으로 인해 1월 26일(월) 저녁부터 새로운 로그인 방식이 적용될 수 있습니다.

2. 외부이메일을 등록하여 로그인 방법을 확보해두시기 바랍니다.

   (혹시 휴대폰을 소지하지 않아 모바일 인증이 불가할 경우를 대비하세요.)

     ※ 외부이메일 항목에 학교메일(ewhaid@ewha.ac.kr)이 아닌 개인 외부이메일(naver, gmail 등)로 변경 및 등록

1. The login method for campus information systems, such as the portal and cyber campus, will change.

To prevent account theft incidents that can occur with ID/PW login authentication, we are introducing a two-factor authentication system for integrated login.

※ After the login method change, currently enrolled students and employed faculty/staff will no longer be able to log in using only an ID and password. You must install the mobile authentication app and complete second-factor authentication to log in. 

A. Details of the Changes

- Expansion of authentication methods: Addition of Mobile Authentication and Passkey Authentication

• - Enhanced security: Additional authentication required when logging in with ID/password (external email verification)

B. Authentication Methods

※ We strongly recommend using “Mobile Authentication” or “Passkey Authentication,” which are safer and more convenient than the existing ID/password method.

• - Mobile Authentication: Simple PIN / biometric authentication (fingerprint) / QR login (※ Installation of a dedicated mobile authentication app is required)

• - Passkey Authentication: Uses the built-in authentication features of the user’s device (office PC, laptop, etc.)

• - ID/Password Authentication: Additional authentication required after entering ID/password(※ Prior registration of an external email address is required)

C. Enrolled students and currently employed faculty/staff: Second-factor authentication is mandatory

D. Applicable Systems: All information services using Integrated Authentication (SSO), including the Portal and Cyber Campus

E. Date: January 27, 2026 (Tuesday)
※ Due to system transition work, the new login method may be applied starting from the evening of Monday, January 26.

2. Please register an external email address to secure an alternative login method. 

(This serves as a backup in case mobile authentication is unavailable, such as when you do not have your phone.)
