Dr. Kisuk Cho is a Ph.D in Political Science who graduated from Ewha Womans University and Indiana University, USA. In 2008, she began teaching public diplomacy as a regular course at the Graduate School of International Studies, the first in Korea, and in February 2014, she established the Center for Public Diplomacy and serves as its director. She has served as a public relations officer for President Roh Moo-hyun and an editorial board member of the Political Science Association. She has published numerous articles and books, including "Is Women's Leadership Different?", "Global Leadership Models and Their Empirical Applicability", "Presidential Leadership and Government Trust", and is a co-editor of the Dictionary of Leadership. She is currently Director of the Institute for International Trade and Cooperation, where she leads research teams on "Governance and Public Diplomacy Effectiveness" and "Social Capital and Women's Social Entrepreneurship.
