2024학년도 제1학기 논문등록 대상자의 연구등록 전환 신청을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다. 

1. 전환 신청 대상

논문등록 대상자(석사과정: 4학기 이상 이수하고 종합시험 통과한 수료생 / 박사과정: 4학기 이상 이수한 수료생) 중 

2024학년도 제1학기에 논문등록이 아닌 연구등록을 하고자 하는 학생

※ 논문등록: 수료 후 논문세미나를 수강하면서 논문지도 및 논문심사를 받기 위해 하는 등록

※ 연구등록: 수료 후 논문세미나를 수강하지 아니하고 외국어시험 또는 종합시험에 응시하거나 교내 제반연구시설을 이용하기 위해 하는 등록

                    (학위청구논문제출 자격 취득 여부와는 관계없음)

2. 신청기간 2024년 2월 1일(목) 09:00 - 2월 5일(월) 09:00

3. 신청방법

이화포탈정보시스템 → 유레카통합행정 → 마이유레카 → 학사행정 → 등록금 → 연구등록전환신청 (연구등록 전환신청 기간 내에는 연구등록 전환 신청 및 취소 모두 가능함)

4. 유의사항

가. 연구등록 전환 시 해당 학기에는 논문지도 및 논문심사를 받을 수 없으며 해당 학기 졸업이 불가함

나. 논문지도 및 논문심사를 받으려는 학생은 반드시 논문등록을 하여야 함

다. 종합시험에 통과하지 못한 석사학위과정 수료생은 별도의 전환신청 절차 없이 연구등록금고지서 조회 및 출력 기간에 연구등록금 고지서를 출력하여 은행에 등록금 납부하면 됨

라. 종합시험에 통과한 석사학위과정 수료생 및 박사학위과정 수료생(종합시험 통과여부와 관계없음) 중 논문등록을 하려는 학생은 별도의 전환신청 절차 없이 논문등록금고지서 조회 및 출력 기간에 논문등록금 고지서를 출력하여 은행에 등록금 납부함

마. 등록금고지서 조회 및 출력, 납부기간은 2월 중 국제대학원 홈페이지 내 공지사항 참조

Spring 2024 Application for change registration status from Thesis-based Registration to Research-based Registration

1. Eligibility for application for the change to research-based registration:

Students eligible for 'thesis-based registration' but wish to change their registration as 'research-based registration' in Spring 2024

 * Thesis-based registration: Registration for those who completed coursework and need thesis advising and thesis screening/submission.

<Students eligible for thesis-based registration>

→ Master’s students who completed the coursework by their fourth semester and passed comprehensive exam.

(Master’s students who completed the coursework but have not passed the comprehensive exam are automatically categorized as research-based registration.)

→ Doctoral students who completed the coursework by their fourth semester (regardless of comprehensive exam result)

 * Research-based registration:Registration for those who completed coursework and need to submit an English Test score report, apply for the comprehensive examination, and/or use various campus facilities but no intention to register for the thesis seminar.

2. Application Period: 2024.2.1.(Thur) 09:00 - 2.5.(Mon) 09:00

3. Application Procedure: Ewha Portal→ EUREKA → My EUREKA → Request to change to research registration.

*Both application and cancellation of the change to research registration are available during the application period.

4. Note

1) Research-based Registration students are not allowed to receive thesis guidance and/or screening.

2) Students who want to be advised or evaluated for their thesis should register as thesis-based registration.

3) Master’s & Combined program students who completed the coursework but have not passed the comprehensive exam wish to register as research-based registration don’t need to apply but print out her research-based registration tuition bill from Eureka and pay tuition during the designated research-based tuition payment period.

4) Master’s & Combined program students who completed the coursework and passed comprehensive exam / Doctoral students who completed the coursework (regardless of comprehensive exam result) wish to register as thesis-based registration don’t need to apply but print out the thesis-based registration tuition bill from Eureka and pay tuition during the thesis-based tuition payment period.

5) Information regarding tuition payment can be found on the GSIS website during February.
