*유의: 아래 안내된 국제대학원 학위복 대여 관련 일정 (예:학위복 대여 및 반납 기한, 보증금 반환 일정 등) 외의 일정으로 진행 희망하는 경우, 본교 유레카에서 신청하지 마시고 학위복 업체(춘추사 02-312-6661)에 개별 연락 및 방문하여 대여 진행 바랍니다.*

총무팀에서는 2023학년도 전기 학위수여식을 맞아 아래와 같이 학위복을 대여합니다.

모든 일정에는 어떠한 예외도 적용되지 않으므로 대여를 희망하시는 분은 아래 내용을 꼼꼼히 읽어주시기 바랍니다. 

- 아 래 - 

1. 대여 대상: 2023학년도 전기 학사 및 석사 학위취득자

  가. 박사학위 취득자: 개별 준비가 원칙. 학위복 업체(춘추사 02-312-6661) 에 개별 연락 및 방문하여 구입.

  나. 기졸업자 및 2023학년도 후기 졸업예정자(2024.8월 학위취득자)는 대여 불가 

2. 대여 신청기간 및 방법: 2024.2.5.(월) 10시 ~ 2.8.(목) 23시

                                   마이유레카 > 학사행정 > 졸업 > 학위복대여신청

3. 대여료 및 보증금

  가. 유의사항

    - 학위복 대여 신청 후 2.8.(목) 23시까지 개인 별로 부여된 가상계좌로 입금금액을 입금

      ※ 가상계좌는 주말 및 공휴일(설연휴)에는 입금이 불가능하므로 학위복 대여 신청 당일 납부를 권장함(만료 후 재신청 불가)

    - 가상계좌는 신청자 별로 각각 다른 계좌가 부여되며 입금하는 계좌의 은행과 예금주는 상관없음

    - 학위복 대여 신청 후 기한 내 납부하지 않으면 자동으로 취소되므로 별도 조치나 확인 필요 없음

    - 학위복 대여를 신청하고 입금까지 완료했는데 실제로는 학위복 대여를 하지 않은 경우,

       입금금액 전액(대여료+보증금) 3월 중순까지 반환함(일찍 반환 불가)

    - 보증금은 본인의 포털 > 학사행정 > 학생종합정보 > 개인정보변경 > 계좌정보 에 기입된 계좌로 반환됨(계좌정보는 시스템에서 자동으로 끌어옴)

      *보증금 반환 시까지 계좌 유지 필수

    - 보증금을 받고 싶은 다른 계좌가 있으면 2.26.(월) 전에 본인이 시스템에서 변경해야 함.

       학생의 계좌오류로 인한 반환불가는 1회/일, 총 3일 동안 SMS를 발송하며 그래도 회신이 없을 시 학교로 귀속됨

    - 분실 및 훼손의 경우 그 정도에 따라 1,000원(학위모 술 분실)~50,000원(학위가운 분실)의 배상금이 발생함. 학위복 전체 분실 시 30만원의 배상금 발생함.

    - 학위복 대여 및 반납은 대리인(가족 및 친구 등)도 가능. 본인 학생증 원본이나 사진 등을 제시하고 대리인이 수령 및 반납할 수 있음. 이 경우, 졸업생 본인이 각 학과(국제학과, 한국학과)에 사전에 연락하여 대리인 방문 예정 일시 등 알려야함

4. 학위복 대여/반납 장소 및 기간

  가. 대여/반납 장소: 국제대학원행정실(국제교육관 1102호) 

  나. 국제대학원 배부 일자: 

   - 2024.2.22.(목) ~ 2.23.(금), 9:00 - 17:00 (12:00-13:00 점심시간 제외)

   - 2024.2.26.(월) 9:00 - 11:00 (*학위수여식 당일은 행사 등으로 오전 11시까지만 대여 가능)

  다. 국제대학원 반납 기간: 

   - 2024.2.26.(월) 17:00 까지

5. 준수사항

  가. 학위복 대여 유레카 신청 및 반납 기간은 절대 연장 불가

  나. 학위복은 반드시 반납해야 함. 

  다. 미반납시 모든 증명서 발급 제한. 석사의 경우, 학과와 지도교수에게 통보.

  라. 보증금 반환은 3월 중순 경 완료 예정으로 보증금 반환 시까지 계좌 유지 필수.

Office of General Administration will rent graduation gown for prospective graduate.

Students who are expected to receive a graduation certificate should refer to the details below.

1. Eligibility: Students expected to receive a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree end of this semester, at 2024. 2. 26.(Mon)

* Students expected to receive a doctoral degree should prepare the gown individually. Please contact 춘추사(gown shop nearby school, 02-312-6661) for detailed information.

3. Application and Payment Period:

 2024. 2. 5.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 2. 8.(Thu) 23:00

(NOTE: Payment will be only available during weekdays (not available during the weekends and holidays). 

Therefore, it is highly recommended to pay on the same date of the application submission date.)

NOTE:
- In case of loss or damage, compensation ranging from 1,000 KRW (for the loss of a cap tassel) to 50,000 KRW (for the loss of a gown) will be charged, depending on the extent. A compensation fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged in case of the complete loss of the gown.

- Gown rental and return can be done by proxies (family or friends). Proxies can pick up and return items by presenting the student's original ID card or a photo ID. In this case, the graduate should inform the respective department (GDIS / GDKS) in advance of the proxies' visit.

4. GSIS Rental/Return Period & Place

  A. Rental/Return Place: GSIS office (IEB #1102)

  B. GSIS Rental Period:

   - 2024.2.22.(Thur.) ~ 2.23.(Fri.), 9:00 - 17:00 (Except lunch Time 12:00-13:00)

   - 2024.2.26.(Mon.), 9:00 - 11:00 (*Rental is possible only until 11AM due to the graduation ceremony event)

  C. GSIS Return Deadline: 

   - by 2024.2.26.(Mon.) 17:00 

5. Attention

  - There is no extension of period. Please do not miss the payment period.

  - The deposit would be deposited to your EUREKA account after confirmation your gown return.

     (Please do not close EUREKA account before you get the deposit.)

  - Failure to return will result in a restriction on the issuance of all certificates, and notification will be sent to the department and advisor.

  - The deposit refund process is expected to be completed at least middle of March, and it is mandatory to maintain the bank account until the refund process is completed.
