■ 담당 업무
컴플라이언스/내부통제 분야 컨설팅
○ 내부통제 및 컴플라이언스 시스템 구축 ○ 컴플라이언스 진단, 위험성 평가, 대응조치 등 컨설팅 ○ 공정거래 CP 구축 및 등급 평가 대응 컨설팅 ○ ISO37301 심사 업무 ○ 지속가능성(인권) 실사체계 구축 ○ 기타 ESG센터 업무 ※ 법률업무와 연계로 컴플라이언스의 전문성을 커리어로 확장하는데 도움이 되는 직무입니다.
■ 자격요건 및 우대사항 ○ 학사 졸업 이상 ○ 내부통제, 컴플라이언스 업무 경험 2년 이상 ○ ISO37301 심사원 양성과정, ICA 자격증 과정 등 관련 과정 이수자 우대 ○ 영어 및 EU권 언어 능통자 우대
■ 모집 인원 : 경력직 컨설턴트 0명 ○ 경력직 컨설턴트 (업무경력 최소 2년 이상 지원 가능)

Position
ESG Center Consultant (Jipyong LLC)
Key Responsibilities
○ Compliance & Internal Control Consulting
○ Establish internal control and compliance management systems
○ Provide consulting on compliance diagnostics, risk assessments, and corrective measures
○ Support the implementation of Fair Trade Compliance Programs (CP) and consulting for compliance rating evaluations
○ Conduct ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems) audits
○ Develop sustainability and human rights due diligence systems
○ Perform other duties related to the ESG Center

Qualifications & Preferred Requirements
Required
○ Bachelor's degree or higher
○ At least 2 years of experience in internal control and/or compliance
Preferred
○ Completion of relevant certification or training programs, such as:
○ ISO 37301 Lead Auditor/Assessor training
○ International Compliance Association (ICA) certification programs
○ Proficiency in English and/or European languages
○ Number of Openings
○ Experienced Consultant: Open positions (number not specified)
Eligibility
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
