2024학년도 제2학기 연구윤리 교과목 수강 안내
2024학년도 제2학기 대학원 연구윤리 교과목이 아래와 같이 운영됩니다. 2014학년도 이후 대학원에 입학한 학생으로서 논문을 제출하고 졸업할 예정인 학생은 연구윤리 교육을 반드시 이수하여야 하오니 아래의 내용을 참고하시어 수강하시기 바랍니다.

※본교 일반대학원생의 경우 정규 교과목(G90003)으로 인정됨
나. 수강대상
∙2014학년도 이후 대학원에 입학한 학생으로서 논문을 제출하고 졸업할 예정인 학생은
필수로 이수하여야 함(관련 규정: 대학원 학칙 제31조)
∙연구를 위한 기본적인 수업으로써 첫 2학기 이내에 이수하기를 권장함
∙2014학년도 이전 대학원 입학생(일반·전문·특수대학원생)도 수강 가능
다. 수강 관련 유의사항
∙정규등록학기(1학기: 3월-6월 중순, 2학기: 9월-12월 중순) 중 수강이 원칙
※ 휴학한 학기에 수강시에도 이수증 출력은 가능(학업성적부 반영은 불가)
※ 방학 중 수강한 학생은 직후 학기에 정규등록하는 경우에 한해 학업성적부 반영
∙ 2014학년도 대학원 신입생부터는 수료 이전에 이수 완료해야 함
∙신입생의 경우 학번 부여 이후 수강신청 가능
∙논문세미나 수강 이전 학기까지 이수하지 못한 경우, 논문심사일 이전까지 이수한 수료증을제출하면 심사가 가능합니다. 따라서 각 행정실/학과에서는 논문심사일 이전 논문제출대상자 연구윤리 이수 여부를 반드시 확인 하시기 바랍니다. |

→ 비교과 과정→ 수강신청 탭에서 수강하고자 하는 과목을 선택하여 수강신청 클릭
→ 수강대기→ 대학원생연구지원센터에서 수강 승인(1-2일 소요)
마. 연구윤리 커리큘럼
∙연구윤리 교과목은 총 9개의 온라인 강의로 진행됨
∙반드시 필수과목 두 개 강좌 (논문작성과 연구윤리: 연구부정행위 예방, 연구윤리핵심가이드)를 모 두 이수하여야 연구윤리 교육 이수로 인정(각각의 영문강의도 동일하게 인정)
• 온라인강의로 수강자가 원하는 시간대에 강의시청 및 시험 응시 가능
∙선택과목은 본인의 연구주제에 따라 선택가능

<Registration Guide for Research Ethics Courses>
[NOTE] 'Research Ethics Courses' is a mandatory course for those who wish to submit the Thesis/Dissertation to graduate.
The Research Ethics course for the Fall 2024 will be conducted as follows. Students who have been admitted to the graduate school after 2014 and are planning to submit a thesis and graduate must complete the Research Ethics Courses. Please refer to the information below and enroll in the course accordingly.

2. Eligibility for Enrollment
∙ Students who entered the Graduate School in 2014 or later and plan to submit their thesis and graduate must complete these courses (Relevant Regulation: Graduate School Academic Regulations Article 31).
∙ As a fundamental course for research, it is recommended to be completed within the first two semesters.
∙ Students who entered the Graduate School before 2014 (General, Professional, and Special graduate students) can also take these courses.
3. Notes on Course Registration
∙ It is required to take the courses during regular registration semesters (1st semester: March - mid-June, 2nd semester: September - mid-December).
※ Even if taken during a leave of absence, a completion certificate can be printed (will not be reflected in the academic transcript).
※ For students who take the course during the vacation, it will be reflected in the academic transcript only if they register for the regular semester immediately following.
∙ Starting from the 2014 academic year, new graduate students must complete this course before coursework completion.
∙ New students can register for the course after receiving their student ID number.
∙ If the course has not been completed by the semester before taking the thesis seminar, a completion certificate must be submitted before the thesis defense. Therefore, each administrative office/department must verify whether thesis candidates have completed the Research Ethics course before the thesis defense. |

※Course Registration Procedure
Log in to the Cyber Campus website (http://cyber.ewha.ac.kr)
→ Go to "Non-degree Courses" → click on the "Course Registration" tab and select the desired course(s) you want to enroll in and click on "Register"
→ Your enrollment status will be listed as "Waiting for Approval." → The Graduate Student Research Support Center(대학원생연구지원센터) will review and approve your registration request (Takes 1-2 days).
5. Research Ethics Curriculum
∙ The Research Ethics course consists of a total of 9 online lectures.
∙ To be recognized as having completed the Research Ethics education, students must complete the two mandatory Required Courses: 'Preventing Research Misconduct(논문작성과 연구윤리:연구부정행위예방)' & 'Essential Guide to research Ethics(연구윤리핵심가이드)'. Each of these lectures is also available in English and will be equally recognized.
∙ As an online course, students can watch lectures and take exams at their convenience.
∙ Optional subjects can be chosen based on the student's research topic.
