• Official English Proficiency Exam score report or [GSIS 8-1] Application form in replacement of the English test and photocopy of Passport

• 1) [GSIS 8-1] Application form in replacement of the English test result is for students who are from those countries’ native language is English 2) Students from a country where more than two native languages are spoken, have to submit an English Proficiency Test Result. (e.g. India, etc.)

[Important Details]

1. 1. English Proficiency test submission is for graduation requirement (different from admission) if students do not submit the English test result on time will be limited on the following:
   •   * Students who wish to write a thesis will not be able to go through the thesis screening procedure (thesis dissertation).
   •   * Students taking the 3-credit track course will not be able to graduate.
   • 
     
2. 2. “Official Language Proficiency Test” refers to a formal TOFEL, TOEIC, TEPS and IELTS tests
   •   * All Score report need a Verification number for GDIS office to check the originality. 
   •     Please check your score whether there are Verification number/ Report Issue number
   • 
     
3. 3. We only accept documents from student who are register for regular/course-based/research-based/thesis-based
4.     in 2024-2 semester.
