Dual Degree

The Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University(GWU), located in the heart of Washington D.C. and the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha Womans University offer a dual degree for Masters if International Studies (M.I.S). This program is open for eligible current students and recent graduates (within 3 years) from the Ewha GSIS in which an M.I.S. degree from each institution can be earned after completion of 3 semesters from Ewha GSIS and 2 semesters at GWU.

Providing a professional program in international studies, the Dual Degree program of the Ewha GSIS is a worthwhile experience for students who are especially interested in expanding their experience and knowledge on the different aspects of the international field. With both universities having a diverse student body, a faculty roster consisting of some of the most brilliant academes and expert, and a university environment that is very welcoming and inclusive, the dual degree program widens the perspectives of students on international issues and broadens their horizon for their future career path of choice not only through its intensive learning process but also through building one’s social networks along the way.
