The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of Donor Data Monitoring Clerk in line with the long-term growth plan of the private sector fundraising program.

I. Summary of Position

- The Donor Data Monitoring Clerk will be responsible for monitoring and double-checking Donor Database System.

- This position is a part-time job, the incumbent’s working hours will be 5 days per week except on UN Official holidays, 4 hours per day.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the PSP IG Associate (Donor Retention and Development), the incumbent will perform the following duties:

- Check if all the files contain all the necessary information in accordance with KFTC’s guidelines;

- Clarify illegible donor details with relevant staff;

- In case information on Donor Database is incorrect or requires further confirmation, fill out monitoring report excel sheet accordingly and deliver it to relevant staff in a timely manner; and

- Assist in performing other duties as required; such as uploading donor data

III. Required Qualifications

- Minimum of a high school graduation or high school equivalent diploma

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of donor’s personal information;

- Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken)

IV. Duration of Contract

Possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance
