The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting

applications for a position of Senior Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Individual Giving (IG) Assistant (Donor Development).


I. Summary of Position

This Senior PSP IG Assistant (Donor Development) is responsible for overall outbound telemarketing activities to enhance

the donor engagement and support from the existing donors of UNHCR Korea.


II. Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will perform the following duties:

1. Assist in developing a strategic plan for the telemarketing program, setting clear objectives for upgrade calls, reactivation

calls and conversion calls, including target metrics for success.

2. Manage telemarketing agencies, providing training on best practices, script development, and handling objections,

ensuring a professional and effective donor engagement.

3. Create call scripts and other donor communication messages related to the outbound programs.

4. Monitor and analyze program performance, making adjustments to strategies and tactics to meet or exceed objectives.

5. Report regularly on program outcomes, insights gained, and recommendations for future initiatives.

6. Perform other duties as required.


III. Required Qualifications

1. University degree in preferably Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Minimum 2 years of work experience for high school diploma or minimum 1 year of experience for BA or

higher in telemarketing, donor/client management, marketing, communication, and/or fundraising.

IV. Duration of Contract

Six-month probationary period with a possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory

performance


V. Recruitment Schedule

1. Application submission: Tuesday, 9 April 2024 - Monday, 22 April 2024

2. Notification of selected candidates: Monday, 6 May 2024 - Friday, 10 May 2024

3. Interview with tests: Monday, 13 May 2024 - Friday, 17 May 2024

* Interview will include written test.

4. Announcement of final selection: May 2024

5. Scheduled first working date: June 2024
