위 공지를 숙지하지 않아 발생하는 모든 불이익에 대한 책임은 학생 본인에게 있으며, 공지사항 반드시 정독 후 아래 내용 확인하시기 바랍니다.

(모든 외국인 유학생은 1)국민건강보험과 2)민간보험 모두 가입해야 합니다)

(All international students at Ewha are required to enroll in BOTH 'National Health Insurance' & 'Private Insurance Plan'.)

-----GSIS announcement 국제대학원 공지:

* Regarding the '2. Private Insurance Plan' section:

- Those who have enrolled in a private health insurance plan designated by the university: No need to submit the form to the GSIS office.

- Those who have not enrolled in a private health insurance plan designated by the university:

If you are already enrolled in or intend to enroll in another private insurance plan that can cover medical expenses in Korea, please be sure to send the Certificate of Insurance via survey link below. (The proof of insurance must be provided in Korean OR English and must include your full name, date of birth, coverage dates, coverage details, etc.)

* 위 공지사항 내 '2. 민간보험' 관련:

- 학교 지정 민간보험 가입 시: 보험증서 제출 불필요

- 학교 지정 민간보험 미가입 시: 한국에서 적용되는 다른 민간보험에 이미 가입되어 있거나 가입 예정인 경우, 보험증서를 아래 국제대학원 구글 폼에 제출 필수

(보험증서에는 본인 성명, 생년월일, 가입기간, 보장내역 등이 명시되어 있어야 하며, 한국어 또는 영어 서류만 인정)
