인턴십 수강 선생님들께,

 

이번 1학기 인턴쉽 강의를 수강하신 선생님께서는 6월 8일 (금) 까지 평가서를 제출해주셔야 성적에 반영이 됩니다.  

평가서를 기간내에 제출하지 않으시면 성적에 불이익을 받으실 수 있습니다. 이 점 양지하시어 아래 주소로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

 

Ø  직접 제출하실 수 있으나 씰링이 되어있어야 합니다.

Ø  평가서가 이미 제출되었다면 다시 제출하실 필요가 없습니다.

Ø  평가자께서 직접 이메일로 보내주셔도 되나, 스캔본자체가 프린트되어야 하므로 깨끗하게 보내주시기를 부탁드립니다.

Would like to inform you who are taking the internship course this semester about evaluation form submission.

 

Please turn in your evaluation form by 2018. 6. 8 (Friday) for grading

If not, there can be a disadvantage on your grade. So, please kindly remind yourself of submitting documents!

 

Ø  you can hand in by yourself but this must be sealed.

Ø  If the evaluation has been submitted already, you don’t need to send again.

Ø  The supervisor can send via email with scanned form, and this must be clean for printing.
