2018년도 제2학기 국제대학원 연구등록 전환신청 안내

 

 

<논문등록과 연구등록>

★ 논문등록 : 수료 후 논문세미나를 수강하면서 논문지도 및 논문심사를 받기 위해 하는 등록

★ 연구등록 : 수료 후 논문세미나를 수강하지 아니하고 외국어시험 또는 종합시험에 응시하거나 교내 제반연구시설을 이용하기 위해 하는 등록(학위청구논문제출 자격 취득 여부와는 관계없음)

 

1.전환신청 대상

논문등록 대상자(석사과정 : 4학기 이상 이수하고 종합시험 통과한 수료생 / 박사과정 : 4학기 이상 이수한 수료생) 중 2018학년도 제2학기에 논문등록이 아닌 연구등록을 하고자 하는 학생

 

2.신청기간

2018년8월 7일(화) 9:00 - 8월 10일(금) 17:00

 

3.신청방법

이화포탈정보시스템 → 유레카통합행정 → 마이유레카 → 등록 → 연구등록전환신청

(연구등록 전환신청 기간 내에는 연구등록 전환신청 및 취소가 모두 가능함)

 

4.유의사항

가. 연구등록 전환 시 해당학기에는 논문지도 및 논문심사를 받을 수 없음.

나. 논문지도 및 논문심사를 받으려는 학생은 반드시 논문등록을 하여야 함

다. 종합시험에 통과하지 못한 석사학위과정 수료생 중 연구등록을 하려는 학생은 별도의 전환신청 절차 없이 연구등록금고지서 조회 및 출력기간에 연구등록금 고지서를 출력하여 은행에 등록금 납부함

라. 종합시험에 통과한 석사학위과정 수료생 및 박사학위과정 수료생(종합시험 통과여부와 관계없음) 중 논문등록을 하려는 학생은 별도의 전환신청 절차 없이 논문등록금고지서 조회 및 출력기간에 논문등록금 고지서를 출력하여 은행에 등록금 납부함

마. 수료생 중 논문지도교수가 미입력된 경우 연구등록 대상자로 선정되어 있으므로,논문등록을 하기 위해서는 지도교수 결정 후에 국제대학원 행정실에 논문등록 전환신청을 별도로 해야함

바. 등록금고지서 조회 및 출력, 납부기간은 국제대학원 홈페이지 “등록금납부안내”(8월 중 공지 예정) 공지 참조

Application for change registration status to Research-based registration

 

 ※

*Thesis-based registration: Registration for those students who completed coursework and need thesis advising and thesis screening/submission

*Research-based registration: Registration for those students who completed coursework and need to submit an English Test score report, to apply for the comprehensive examination, and/or to use various campus facilities but no intention to register for thesis seminar.

 

1. Eligibility for application for change to research-based registration

   For students who is eligible for thesis based registration, but who wish to register as research-based registration for fall 2018 semester, not thesis- based registration

★ Students who is eligible for thesis-based registration;

→ Master’s students who completed the coursework by her fourth semester and passed comprehensive exam

→ Doctoral students who completed the coursework by her fourth semester (regardless comprehensive exam result)

→ Master’s students who completed the coursework but not passed comprehensive exam are automatically categorized as research-based registration.

 

 2. Application Period: August 7 (Tue.), 2018, 9:00 – August 10 (Fri.), 2018, 17:00

 

 3. How to apply

    Login to Ewha Portal→ Open EUREKA →Go to My EUREKA → Request to change to research registration

   (Application and cancellation can be available during application period.)

 

4. Note

A) Research-based Registration students are not allowed to receive thesis guidance and/or screening.

B) Students who want to be advised or evaluated for her thesis should register as thesis-based registration.

C) Master’s students who completed the coursework by her fourth semester but not passed comprehensive exam wish to register as research-based registration don’t need to apply, but print out her research-based registration tuition bill from Eureka and pay tuition during designated research-based tuition payment period.  

D) Master’s students who completed the coursework by her fourth semester and passed comprehensive exam / Doctoral students who completed the coursework by her fourth semester (regardless comprehensive exam result) wish to register as thesis-based registration don’t need to apply, but print out her thesis-based registration tuition bill from Eureka and pay tuition during thesis-based tuition payment period.  

D) Information regarding tuition payment can be found at GSIS website.
