Application for Leave of Absence for Fall 2018

Students who wish to leave for a semester in Fall 2018 should refer to following information.

※ Leave of absence application is only available during the above mentioned period.

※ Please be aware before you submit your leave of absence as you cannot cancel the leave of absence once the procedure is finalized.

※ Graduation is not permitted during leave of absence.

1. Application Period

A.    Application before beginning of semester (before tuition payment): 2018. 6.18.(Mon) ~ 2018. 8.31.(Fri)

B.    Application after semester begins (after tuition payment): 2018. 9. 1.(Sat) ~

2. Procedures

First, please make an online request using the Ewha Portal Information System (EPIS) – Eureka system (유레카통합행정) –Academic Affairs (학적) – Leave of Absence request (휴학신청), then print out the Request Form and get your academic advisor and depart chair’s signature and submit it to the GSIS main office (IEB 1102).

※ The request will be completed only after you make an online request followed by submission of the form to the office.
