Congratulations on your graduation.
Please refer below information regarding the graduation ceremony, gown rental, and name confirmation in diploma.
1. Ceremony
1) Ewha Graduation Ceremony
A. Date & Venue: Welch-Ryang Auditorium(Chapel) on Friday, August 26 commencing at 10:00
(The ceremony will run for approximately 1 hour.)
B. Dress code: Graduation gown, hat, tassel, hood (graduate students only)
C. Please arrive no later than 09:40 and be seated at your designated seats.
(You cannot enter or leave during the graduation ceremony.)
*Important Notice
- We ask for your kind cooperation to attend the ceremony in a solemn manner.
- Inquiries for graduation should be directed to the GSIS administration office.
- Only students who are graduating will be allowed to attend the ceremony.
- Please use public transportation due to limited parking space.
2) GSIS Convocation
A. Date & Venue: August 26 (Fri) 3:30 PM, ECC Theater (Detailed information will be announced via email.)
2. Gown Rental
1) Application Period: August 1 (Mon) 10:00 ~ August 12 (Fri) 23:00
2) Menu: My Eureka>Graduation>Gown Rental * 마이유레카>졸업>학위복대여신청
3) Payment: August 1 (Mon) 10:00 ~ August 12 (Fri) 23:00

3. Gown Rental Period & Venue:
Rental: August 23 (Tue) – August 26 (Fri), 10:00-16:00, GSIS office (IEB #1102)
Return: The Gown should be returned by August 29 (Mon), 10AM
* The rental service is only intended for Master’s graduates. Please contact the local rental shop (춘추사 02-312-6661) for a doctoral gown.
* If you fail to apply for HQ rental service, you can make a private reservation at 춘추사.
4. English name confirmation and change to issue the English diploma: ~ July 29 (Fri)
How to check your name:
A. Menu: 유레카 포탈>개인정보변경>기본정보관리>영문이름
(EUREKA Portal>Personal Information>Basic Information>[Name(English)]
B. You must match the name printed in your diploma to the exact name as it appears on your passport.
C. Last Name, First name in order: “Last Name,(Comma)(Blank)First Name” (ex: KIM, EWHA)
* In case you do not want to follow the given name order, you can use a different order as you wish.

2021학년도 후기 학위수여식 일정과 학위복 대여 및 학위기 영문성명 관련해서 안내 드립니다.
1. 학위수여식
1) 이화여자대학교 학위수여식
가. 일시 및 장소: 2022. 8. 26(금) 10:00, 대강당 (약 1시간 소요)
나. 행사 참석 대상자: 2022년 8월 졸업자
다. 복장: 졸업가운, 모자, 술, 후드(석․박사) 착용
라. 입장: 학위수여식 당일 오전 9시 40분까지 대강당에 개별 입장하여 정해진 좌석에 앉아 주십시오.
학위수여식이 진행되는 동안에는 입장 또는 퇴장할 수 없습니다.
* 유의사항
- 학위수여식이 엄숙하게 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 졸업과 관련된 사항은 국제대학원 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
- 행사가 진행되는 대강당에는 행사 참석 대상자(2022년 8월 졸업자)만 출입 가능하며, 축하객 등 참석 대상자가 아닌 사람의 출입은 제한됩니다.
- 교내 주차공간이 부족하오니 당일 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 주차장 만차 시 교내 차량 입차가 전면 중단됩니다.
2) 국제대학원 졸업식 후 행사: 2022.08.26(금) 3:30, ECC 극장 (자세한 사항은 이메일 공지 예정)
2. 학위복 신청 기간 및 방법
* 현재 학교 본부 총무팀 주관 대여 신청이 진행되고 있습니다. 아래 링크를 참고하셔서 신청하시기 바랍니다.

1) 신청 기간: 2022.8.1(월) 10:00 ~ 2022.8.12.(금) 23:00 *연장 및 추가 접수 불가
2) 신청 방법: 마이유레카>학사행정>졸업>학위복대여신청
3) 대여료 및 보증금 납부기간:2022. 8. 1(월) 10:00 ~ 8. 12(금) 23:00
3. 학위복 대여기간 및 장소: 2022.8.23(화)-2022.8.26(금), 10:00-16:00, 국제대학원 행정실 (국제교육관 1102호)
학위복 반납: 2022.8.29 (월) 오전 10시까지
* 총무팀 학위복 대여는 석사 학위복만 해당됩니다. 박사 졸업 예정자 분들께서는 학교 근처 춘추사 (02-312-6661)에 문의 바랍니다.
* 총무팀 학위복 대여 신청을 못하신 경우, 위 춘추사에서 개인 대여하실 수 있습니다.
4. 학위기 수여 관련 영문성명 확인 및 변경 안내: ~ 2022.7.29.(금)
1) 메뉴: 유레카 포탈>개인정보변경>기본정보관리>영문이름에서 확인 및 변경 가능
2) 확인 사항:
- 여권 성명과 스펠링을 동일하게 표기함
- "성, 이름" (성,(콤마) 한칸 띄고 이름) 형식을 기본으로 함 (예: KIM, EWHA)
단, 기본형식을 원하지 않는 경우 원하는 형식으로 입력 가능
* 영문 졸업증서(학위기)에는 모두 대문자로 표기되며, 입력된 소문자는 자동 변환 예정임.
* 영문성명 확인 관련 공지는 이화 홈페이지에서도 확인 가능합니다.
