2024학년도 1학기 휴학/복학 신청 안내문을 첨부파일로 게재하오니 신청 시 참고하시기 바랍니다.

[휴학 신청 시 참고사항]

- 온라인 신청 후 휴학신청서 출력하여 국제대학원행정실(국제교육관 1102호)로 방문제출하여야 접수 완료됨 (메일 제출 불가)

- 서류에 지도교수님 서명(날인) 받은 후 국제대학원 행정실로 제출 시 학과장님 날인은 각 학과에서 처리 가능함

* 휴/복학 관련 업데이트 사항 있을 경우 본 페이지에 게시 예정.

[Note for Leave of Absence application]

- Application will be completed only when you complete both online application & submission of its form to the GSIS main office(IEB #1102) by visiting in person (E-mail submissions will be not accepted)

- After receiving signature(stamp) from the academic advisor, when submitted to GSIS main office, the department chair's signature part can be processed by the office (in each department)
