2024년도「통상법률」논문 모집 안내

법무부 국제법무국은 1년에 4회(2, 5, 8, 11월) 전문학술지「통상법률」을 발간합니다. 「통상법률」은 1995년 창간된 이래 국제통상법뿐만 아니라 국제거래법, 국제투자법 및 국제사법 등 폭넓은 영역을 다루어온 전문 학술지입니다. 2006년에는 정부 부처 발간 학술지 중 최초로 '등재학술지'에 선정되었으며, 현재까지도 그 위상을 공고히 하고 있습니다. 국제법무국에서는 통상법 발전에 관심 있는 교수님 또는 학생분들의 투고를 독려하여 국내 통상법 연구의 발전을 더욱 도모하고자 합니다. 궁금하신 사항은 https://www.moj.go.kr/moj/419/subview.do를 참고하시거나 ildhd@korea.kr로 메일 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 원고 마감일 이후 투고된 논문은 자동적으로 다음 호 심사 대상에 포함 

❍ 투고 시 별도의 심사료 및 게재료 납부 불요 

□ 심사 절차 

❍ 투고된 논문은 심사위원 3인의 심사를 거쳐 게재 여부가 결정되며, 심사 결과에 따라 투고자에게 수정 및 보완을 요청할 수 있음 

❍ 심사를 거쳐 게재가 확정된 논문은 특별한 이유 없이 투고 철회 불가

□ 기타 사항 

❍ 게재 확정 시 소정의 원고료 지급 예정

Information for「International Trade Law」

With the launch of WTO, We have published "International Trade Law," a quarterly journal published in February, May, August, and November since 1995. It is the first government journal listed in the KCI in 2006 and deals with a wide ranges of areas, including international transaction law, international investment law, and private international law. Our division would like to develop commercial law research by encouraging professors and students to submit manuscripts for the journal. The publication schedule and guidelines are attached hereunder, and further information could be found in https://www.moj.go.kr/moj/419/subview.do.

- Fields : The overall field of international trade law, including international transaction law, international investment law, and private international law 

- Types : Research paper, case study, global trend, etc. 

□ Qualification 

- Researchers, lawyers, and public officials with research or practical experience

 - Graduate students who major in international law

※ Manuscripts submitted after the deadline are automatically reviewed for the next volume

 - Fees for the review and publication are not required □ Review Process 

- A manuscript will be reviewed by three committee members, and the author may be requested to correct or supplement it

- A manuscript confirmed to be published after the review cannot be withdrawn without any specific reason
