국제대학원 학생 연구 활성화를 위한 국제학술대회 참가지원
1. 목 적
본 대학원은 소속 학생들의 연구 활성화를 위해 아래와 같이 연구지원 계획을 수립하고자 함. 소속 학생들의 수준 높은 국제학술대회에서의 논문 발표 활동을 통해 국제대학원의 역량 강화 및 국제대학원 홍보 효과를 통해 우수 신입생 선발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대함. 참가지원금 수혜자는 국제대학원 Executive Committee의 심의를 통해 선정되며 다른 지원금/연구비 혜택을 받지 못하는 학생들에 한해 지원 가능함.
본 학술대회 참가지원금은 2019.3.1.부터 시행하며, 선정조건은 국제대학원 Executive Committee 의결을 통해 변경될 수 있음.
2. 연구 진흥 제도 세부사항
* 국제대학원 Executive Committee 심의 후 지급여부 통보: 학술대회의 중요도와 참가 역할, 논문 출간 가능성 및 예산 검토를 통해 선정

- 본 대학원 소속 학생 중 국제학술대회 개최일자 기준으로 해당 학기 등록생 - 정기적으로 개최되는 주요 국제 학술대회에 주논문발표자 (Lead-presenter) 참가 * 제외: 포스터 발표, 공동발표자, 토론자 참가 및 논문 발표에 특별한 역할 없이 참가하는 경우 |
* 등록생 기준: 정규등록/교과목등록/논문등록/연구등록 * 국제학술대회 기준: 3개국 이상 참가 |

* 본 대학원 동일 학위과정 등록기간 중 최대 2회 정액 지급 * 단, 교내외 연구비에서 참가경비의 일부 또는 전액 지원 시 신청 불가하며 본 지원 취소될 수 있음. |

* 참가 후 추가 제출서류 - 논문 최종본 및 학회 발표참가자 명시자료 - 항공권 구매영수증, 보딩패스, 학회 등록비 영수증 |
* 학술대회 참가 최소 1개월 전 신청 필수 |
GSIS Student Research Travel Grant for
International Academic Conference Participation
1. Purpose
GSIS supports our students’ international academic conference presentations in order to promote research and subsequent academic publications. GSIS hopes to actively support students to widely publicize their research findings at major international conferences, which will lead to academic publications and promotion of Ewha GSIS to recruit prospective graduate students. This grant will be a competitive grant, and will be provided when no other sources of funding is available, and in limited cases when additional funding is necessary due to shortage of funds from other sources.
This grant will begin on March 1, 2019. The terms and condition may change without notice.

Qualification |
- Ewha GSIS students registered* at the time of the conference date. - Lead-presenter at the presentation at an major international conference* held annually by major academic associations. * funding will not be provided for the poster presentation, co-presenter, or discussant as well as attending without a specific role such as presenting a paper. |
* Registered: regular/course-based/thesis/research
* international conference: participants from more than 3 countries |

* Twice while registered at GSIS students * Funding cannot be provided if other funding is available through other research grant(s). Grant may be withdrawn if another grant is provided. |

Submit below documents to the GSIS main office. - application form - copy of paper to be presented & registration receipt
* After the conference - final conference program & Copy of the proceedings and/or presented paper in program. - receipts/boarding pass for airfare/registration fee. |
