Haelim Cho is a development cooperation specialist whose major fields of research and practice include ODA, M&E, migration and development, and gender and development. She received her B.A. from Yonsei University (Psychology), M.A from Boston University (Education) and Doctorate degree from Ewha GSIS. She has worked for the Korean Committee for UNICEF and currently works for the Korean Institute for Gender Education and Promotion. She also works as a consultant and trainer for incubating ODA projects for civil societies and academia, gender and development, and migration and development. Her recent projects include OECD policy gender marker research, capacity building programs and women’s empowerment in developing countries, effective results-based management, and refugee women’s economic empowerment.
