Role Overview:

As in a Marketing and Digital role, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, driving the development and execution of eMoldino’s brand communication and digital marketing activities. This role provides a unique chance to immerse yourself in in-depth work experiences often unavailable at larger firms, enabling you to gain valuable insights and skills.

This position is responsible for shaping and enhancing our brand's voice, communication, and online presence.This role involves crafting compelling messaging, managing B2B digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding across all communications. This role plays a pivotal role in driving successful marketing initiatives that align with our company's objectives and resonate with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the brand voice development, marketing campaigns and ensure all materials follow our branding guidelines to keep our brand and positioning consistent.
  • Create comprehensive strategies for digital marketing .Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing processes, inbound and outbound, data management, run LinkedIn and Google campaigns, analyze their performance, and adjust as needed. Improve Online Visibility (SEO/SEM)
  • Use HubSpot to generate lead, and review and upgrade our lead generation process
  • Measure, analyze, and track the important marketing data and marketing campaign performances, evaluating against set goals (ROI/KPIs).
  • Identify emerging market trends and insights to optimize budget allocation for campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, refining strategies for enhanced engagement.


Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of brand building, communication and design.
  • 1-2 years of experience in running B2B digital marketing campaigns with a proficiency in utilizing B2B digital marketing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Google Ads, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring marketing KPIs


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and desirable Korean.
  • Team work, self-starter and analytical creative with a proven ability to identify target audiences, patterns and craft engaging, informative, and motivating campaigns across multiple touch points while evaluating the effectiveness.


Working Conditions

  • Duration: 3 Months ~ 6 months (A full-time position will be offered to qualified candidates after the internship period)
  • Workplace: 14F Seoul Square, 416, Hangang-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul
  • Working hours: 09:00~18:00 (5 days)
