This is a notice regarding the application for Track Selection for Master’s Program (Thesis or additional 3-credit track) (GSIS 7-1-1-B).

Students are required to submit their application for track selection at the end of 3rd semester.

Please kindly submit the attached form by July 13(Fri.), 2018 at 1PM.

► How to apply for Track Selection?

- Please fill out the attached form and choose which track you would like to proceed.

- Get your academic advisor’s signature. (If you cannot meet professor in face, please email them asking approval for using the stamp in lieu of signature, and forward the email to the office.)

- (*Important!) Write down your own signature (Microsoft Word electronic signature or picture is acceptable)

- Submit to the office by Jul. 13(Fri.), 2018 at 1PM.

※ Changing track can be done ONLY ONCE during the withdrawal period of the semester you expect to graduate, so please consider your choice carefully.

►(For those who choose thesis track) What is the procedure for Thesis Dissertation?

- You may enroll Thesis Seminar (Z0001) and get evaluations from 3 thesis committee professors. Committee member is consisted of your thesis advisor (academic advisor, changeable), committee thesis reviewer and committee chair. Students are to contact professors individually and report to the office with the required form.

- There are two evaluations from the committee (first and final evaluation).

- There is a dissertation fee (168,000 Won) with submission of 3 hard-covered thesis.

※ From incoming students of Spring 2018, final thesis evaluation will be delivered in off-line defense.
