2. 합격자 유의사항 

합격자는 아래 설문조사 및 필요 서류들을 기한 내로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. (첨부된 학과별 안내집을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.)

1) 장학금 설문조사 2023.6.12.(월) 오전 9시까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 (수혜자 추후 개별 연락예정)

2) 등록예정확인 조사 2023.6.21.(수) 오후 5시까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 

-('등록예정'으로 응답한 경우) 학력조회동의서 제출:  2023.6.21.(수) 오후 5시까지 첨부된 ‘서식 1-11 학력조회 동의서’를 서명하여 국제대학원행정실 (gsis97@ewha.ac.kr) 로 PDF 1개 파일 메일 제출 [파일명:  1-11_SAIS123_성명]

-('등록포기'로 응답한 경우) 등록포기각서 제출: 2023.6.21.(수) 오후 5시까지 첨부된 '서식 1-10 등록포기각서'를 서명하여 국제대학원행정실 (gsis97@ewha.ac.kr) 로 신분증 사본과 함께 PDF 1개 파일메일 제출 [파일명:  1-10_SAIS123_성명]

3) 표준입학허가서 조사 (비자 관련) 2023.6.21.(수) 오후 5시까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 

(표준입학허가서는 등록 완료 외국인 대상으로 발급됨으로, 표준입학허가서 발급이 필요한 경우에 한해서 사전에 설문조사 제출) 

4) 최종 학적 서류 (졸업증명서, 성적증명서) 제출

- 전형과정 중 학력검증 확인을 받은 최종 학적 서류(졸업증명서, 성적증명서)를 미제출한 자

2023.6.30.(금) 오후 5시까지 학력 검증 절차 완료*한 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 제출

- 전형과정 중 졸업예정증명서를 제출한 자

2023.7.21.(금) 오후 5시까지 학력 검증 절차 완료*한 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 제출

*국내대학 졸업자: 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 원본 제출 

*해외국가 소재 대학 졸업자 (중국제외): 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서에 대한 아포스티유 (또는 영사확인서) 완료 후 제출

*중국 소재 대학 졸업자: 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서에 대한 학신망 온라인 인증서 출력본(영문) 제출

5) 학과별 오픈하우스 관련 자세한 사항은 이번주 중으로 각 학과에서 이메일 안내 예정입니다.

3. 대기자 유의사항

- 등록포기로 인해 여석 발생 시 대기 순번대로 추가합격 메일 안내 예정

2. Instructions for admitted students

Please make sure to submit the following surveys and documents required for admitted students within the designated date. (Please make sure to read all the files in the attachment.)

1)  Scholarship Survey

 Complete the survey in the Link by 2023.6.12.(Mon), 9AM (KST).

 (Result of the scholarship will be notified to the recipients individually.)

2) Intent to Register

 Complete the survey in the Link by 2023.6.21.(Wed) 5PM (KST).

- (Applicants who are willing to register) Submission of 'Letter of Agreement'

: Submit the '(Form 1-11) Letter of Agreement' in 1 PDF file via email to GSIS office (gsis97@ewha.ac.kr) by 2023.6.21.(Wed) 5PM. [File Name: 1-11_SAIS123_Name]

- (Applicants who want to resign from enrollment) Submission of 'Resignation of Enrollment'

: Submit the '(Form 1-10) Resignation of Enrollment' with copy of your passport in 1 PDF via email to GSIS office (gsis97@ewha.ac.kr) by 2023.6.21.(Wed) 5PM. [File Name: 1-10_SAIS123_Name]

3) Survey for ‘Certificate of Admission’ (Visa-related) 

This certificate is issued to those international students after their completion of the payment.

As it is a required document for issuing a VISA, students who would like to receive its certificate after the payment in the registration period should complete the survey in advance in the Link by 2023.6.21.(Wed) 5PM (KST).

4) Submission of Academic Documents (Diploma & Transcript)

- Applicants who did not submit authenticated documents during the application process 

: Submit the Diploma & Transcript that has been authenticated* by 2023.6.30.(Fri) 5PM (KST)

- Prospective Graduates who submitted Certificate of expected graduation during the application process

: Submit the Diploma & Transcript that has been authenticated* by 2023.7.21.(Fri) 5PM (KST)

* Graduates of university located in Korea: Original Copy of Diploma (Graduate Certificate) & Transcript 

* Graduates of university located in a country other than China: Apostille or Consular authentication on Diploma & Transcript 

* Graduates of university located in China: CHSI (in English) on Diploma & Transcript

5) Open House Details regarding Online Open House will be sent by each Department via email within this week. 

3. Applicants on the Waitlist

- If there is any vacancy due to the resignation of the enrollment, email will be sent individually based on the order of the waitlist.

- Complete the survey in the Link by 2023.6.12.(Mon), 9AM (KST). (Result of the scholarship will be notified to the recipients individually.)

- Details regarding Online Open House will be also sent to the applicants on the waitlist.
