1. 프로그램 개요

다양한 배경을 가진 한국 및 외국의 법률 전문가들로부터 그들이 어떻게 국제적인 업무에 종사하게 되었고, 글로벌 법률 시장에서 직업적 성공을 이룰 수 있었는지, 또 직업과 개인 생활의 균형/융합을 어떻게 유지하였는지 그들의 진솔한 이야기들을 직접 듣고(세션1 – 영어로 진행), 2명의 멘토와 4명의 멘티가 하나의 소그룹을 이루어 커리어에 관한 궁금증이나 고민들을 좀더 긴밀하게 나누고자 합니다(세션2 – 영어 또는 한국어로 진행).

최근 급격하게 변화하고 있는 법률 시장에서 커리어 개발을 위하여 필요한 사항과 다양한 선택지, 글로벌 시장에서 활동하면서 겪을 수 있는 어려움, 극복 방안에 대해서도 논의하고자 하므로, 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.
