이화여자대학교 언어교육원에서는 2024학년도 봄학기대학원영어특강을 3월 중 개강합니다.

수강신청 및 등록 일정이 아래와 같으니 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

※ 2024 봄학기 대학원영어특강은 비대면 온라인 수업으로 진행되나, 

평가시험은 오프라인으로 진행됩니다. (반드시 평가시험 날짜 확인 후 수강신청)

○ 대학원영어특강 과정소개:

본교 대학원 석/박사과정의 논문 제출자격을 위한 영어시험을 준비하는 단기간 집중 영어학습 과정

1. 수강신청 및 수강료 납부 방법: 

1) 수강신청: 언어교육원 수강신청 홈페이지(http://atom.ewha.ac.kr)→수강관리→수강신청

2) 수강료 납부: 언어교육원 수강신청 홈페이지(http://atom.ewha.ac.kr) →수강관리→수강료 납부

 행정실 담당자의 승인이 있어야 수강료 납부 가능

- 담당자 승인 최대 하루 소요

- 언어교육원 계좌로 등록금 납부 후 ATOM에서 납부 확인 가능

2. 온라인 강의 수강 방법(수강료 납부 후) ▶ 본교 사이버캠퍼스 e-Class

- 강의실 참여신청

사이버캠퍼스(http://cyber.ewha.ac.kr)→ e-Class → “e-Class 목록”에서 [봄 대학원영어특강] 검색 →

과정 <신청하기> 클릭→행정실 담당자 승인 후 강의실 참여(담당자 승인 최대 하루 소요)

※ 개설자 “언어교육원” 확인

※ 검색 결과가 뜨지 않는다면 "e-class 목록"이 아닌 "my e-class"를 누르고 검색했기 때문입니다. 다시 한번 확인하시고 검색해주십시오.

3. 강의수강 및 출석퀴즈 제출

※주마다 강의영상 2회차씩 제공 (주 2회 x 7주 = 총 14회)

※출석퀴즈는 평가시험 응시자격(12/14회이상 출석) 확인을 위해 반드시 제출해야 함.

 - 강의를 수강하지 않고 제출한 출석퀴즈는 결석으로 간주함.

※강의영상은 게시기간을 포함하여 일주일동안 제공되며, 평가시험 일주일 전부터 전 회차 강의 복습 가능

4. 교재수령

  - 자체제작 교재 사용(교재비는 수강료에 포함된 금액임. 추가 구매 시 10,000원 별도 납부)

 - 수령 방법은 수강신청 종료 후 e-Class 강의실 게시판을 통하여 추후 공지 예정

※대학원영어특강은 분반별 복수신청 및 교차수강 불가

<2024 Spring Semester Graduate English Special Lecture Enrollment and Registration Guide>

Ewha Womans University Language Education Institute will commence the 2024 Spring Semester Graduate English Special Lecture in mid-March. Please find the enrollment and registration schedule below, and we eagerly anticipate your participation and interest.

※ The 2024 Spring Semester Graduate English Special Lecture will be conducted online, but evaluations will be held offline. (Please ensure to check the evaluation dates before enrollment).

○ Introduction to Graduate English Special Lecture: 

A short-term intensive English learning course designed to prepare graduate students for English proficiency exams required for thesis submission.

1. 1. Enrollment and Tuition Payment Method:
2. 1) Enrollment: Language Education Institute Enrollment Website (http://atom.ewha.ac.kr) → Course Management → Enrollment
3. 2)Tuition Payment: Language Education Institute Enrollment Website (http://atom.ewha.ac.kr) → Course Management → Tuition Payment Approval from administrative personnel is required for tuition payment.

• - Approval from administrative personnel may take up to one day.
• - After paying the tuition fee to the Language Education Institute's account, confirmation can be made on ATOM.

2. 2. Online Lecture Attendance (After Tuition Payment) ▶ Ewha Cyber Campus e-Class

• - Participation in the Classroom 
• e-Class Title: [2024 Spring Graduate English Special Lecture Class A] / [2024 Spring Graduate English Special Lecture Class B] 
• Cyber Campus (http://cyber.ewha.ac.kr) → e-Class → Search for [Spring Graduate English Special Lecture] in "e-Class List" → Click <Apply> under the course → Classroom participation after approval from administrative personnel (Approval may take up to one day). 
• ※ Confirm that the course creator is "Language Education Institute". 
• ※ If the search results do not appear, it's because you searched under "my e-class" instead of "e-class list". Please double-check and search again.

3. 3. Lecture Attendance and Quiz Submission

※ Lecture videos will be provided twice a week per week (twice a week x 7 weeks = total 14 sessions). 

※ Attendance quizzes must be submitted to confirm eligibility for the evaluation exam (attendance of 12 out of 14 sessions or more required).    

- Attendance quizzes submitted without attending the lectures will be considered as absence. 

※ Lecture videos will be available for one week, including the posting period. 

Review of previous lecture videos is possible one week before the evaluation exam.

4. 4. Textbook Collection   
5. - Using self-produced textbooks (the textbook fee is included in the tuition fee. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW is required for additional purchases).   
6. - Details regarding textbook collection will be announced through the e-Class classroom bulletin board after enrollment concludes.

※ Graduate English Special Lecture does not allow multiple enrollments or cross-enrollments across divisions.
