The third research colloquium hosted by Frontier 10-10 project held in August 31th 2023. 

This colloquium, graced by the esteemed presence of our distinguished Professor Dr. Amitav Acharya, GSIS Professors, 10-10 Postdocs and the intellectual vigor of our students, served as a crucible for the most profound and enlightening deliberations.

Dean Brendan Howe, the presenter of this colloquium, presented his recent research in line with Dr. Acharya's research, entitled "Second-tier powers and minilateralism: Prospects for new actors and alignments in an East Asian consociational security order".  

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each participant, whose contributions, be they presentations or active engagement, have been instrumental in the resounding success of this colloquium. 

As we stand at the precipice of further academic exploration, we encourage our students to share their insights, reflections, and propositions for subsequent discussions. We, the GSIS, hope to continue to forge new frontiers in knowledge and scholarly discourse.
